Stephanie has been a national television news and public affairs producer for fifteen years. She was the senior producer at Tavis Smiley on PBS for nearly ten years, producing interviews for the nightly TV show and symposiums on poverty, equality, and discrimination. She was also the Coordinating Producer for the re-launch of the Arsenio Hall Show for CBS in 2014 and produced season one of Sundance Channel’s The Writers’ Room with Jim Rash, which was nominated for a Primetime Emmy. Born and raised in Hot Springs, Arkansas, Stephanie has a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts from Vanderbilt University and a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Emerson College. When not fighting for equality or writing novels, she can usually be found traveling the world in search of her next story.
