Make a Donation

All donations to Equal Justice Under Law ensure a reliable source of funds to help continue our critical work in ending wealth-based inequality within the justice system. As a dedicated donor, you will be a Champion for Justice to those without legal counsel and allow us to advocate for the underrepresented and strengthen communities across the country.  We truly could not do this work without supporters like you.

Share Your Story

Have you been directly impacted by wealth-based discrimination in the justice system? If so, we want to hear from you! By exposing the truth, together we can build a justice system that treats all people equally, rich or poor.

When someone is punished by the courts just for being poor, we want to know about it. Through your voice, we hope to gain support from communities across the nation and get justice for poverty. While our cases are class action and we are unable to provide legal support on an individual basis, we want to hear your stories.
