After graduating from Scripps, Eileen worked as Development Associate at Khmer Girls in Action, where she provided organizational support through grant writing, narrative reporting, and grassroots fundraising to generate revenue for youth leadership programs.

In her free time, Eileen loves reading, journaling, karaoke, practicing Spanish, visiting bookstores, and playing the violin, piano, guitar, and ukulele.
